Black Bear Performance offers mail order computer tuning for your GM car, truck, or SUV with a twist.

Every vehicle performs differently, and we realize that a standard cookie-cutter tune or handheld programmer won't always work well for everybody. When you purchase our data-logging tuning service, we will loan you the necessary hardware and software for you to connect to your vehicle's computer and record sensor data while you drive. When you return that data to us, we will analyze it and provide you with a tuned PCM that will take into account your engine's "personality." In addition, this hardware will allow you to quickly perform the common crank relearn procedure yourself, for most vehicles, in a matter of seconds, potentially saving the cost of an hour's worth of labor from a dealer or private shop.
